Before making a return or exchange please read this policy before.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for FREE, provided the following conditions are met:

The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all labels attached.

The item(s) must not have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the exchange.

If the item(s) being exchanged are of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price.

If the item(s) being exchanged are of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the original form of payment.

The exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@grizzlygymwear.com and mark the email with "Exchange" and we will describe what to do. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@grizzlygymwear.com and mark the mail with "Return" and we will describe what to do. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund
The refund will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. You will receive a confirmation of the return via e-mail when it has been completed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged caused by us, the refund will be free and we will contact you about alternatives on how to solve the situation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
